How is SafeOpt different from my current marketing efforts?
SafeOpt is not a marketing agency and does not replace your current email system or marketing efforts. SafeOpt enhances your existing marketing campaigns by sending more messages to abandoned shoppers you can’t send to from your current marketing systems.
How do shoppers join SafeOpt?
Shoppers can join directly through SafeOpt.com or through thousands of publishers and brands that we’ve partnered with.
How much does SafeOpt cost?
SafeOpt operates on a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) pricing model. The CPA rate varies based on different business models, scale, etc. Once your campaign is live, you pay SafeOpt for transactions generated from click-through attribution and purchasing on your website.
Can SafeOpt work with my eCommerce platform?
Yes, SafeOpt can work with any platform where you can install javascript tags. The installation process requires two simple Javascript tags to be added to your site's template, theme, or tag manager such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.
Is SafeOpt CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, etc. compliant?
We take privacy and regulations very seriously, going above and beyond what’s required and aligning with privacy regulations in the U.S.
How long does it take to go live and what’s required from your marketing team?
From start to campaign launch, getting onboarded with SafeOpt typically takes 1-3 business days. We will need your team's help to install the javascript tags and approve the email campaigns our team pulls together for you. That’s it!
Does this only work for U.S. traffic?
Currently, yes. We are hoping to move internationally soon, but currently, our shoppers are U.S. based and our system will only work for U.S. traffic.
Does SafeOpt Share Shoppers’ Email Addresses with Partner Brands?
No. SafeOpt strictly adheres to privacy standards and does not share shoppers' email addresses with partner brands. While our partner brands have the opportunity to send their offers to SafeOpt shoppers, all communications are channeled exclusively through SafeOpt owned and operated channels. This approach ensures that shoppers’ email addresses remain confidential while still allowing brands to engage with their target audience effectively.
